Come to this workshop and get to know a process, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), which can help you when relating to yourself or others.\nMaybe you have an important relationship you want to handle better. Perhaps you want ideas on how to develop your relationship with yourself. Perhaps you have ways to act, or ways to see the world that get in the way of getting the quality you want in your relationships. If you want to know more, this evening is for you. You’ll get an overview of NVC in:\nTheory:\n– What NVC is, and what it is for\n– Basic tenets\n– The difference between observations and interpretations, feelings and thoughts, needs and strategies, requests and demands\n– Theory based on questions\nExercises:\n– In some way, depending on how the evening progresses, what is requested, etc.\nThe workshop is free and requires no pre-registration, but please click “Going” on this Facebook-event if you intend to go as it will make it easier to plan snacks (vegan and gluten free): https://www.facebook.com/events/267620244135589/\nThis workshop is given in collaboration with STPLN.
