DESCRIPTION:Are there:\n– habits you have,\n– things you tend to do, or\n– ways you handle situations,\nwhich you aren’t happy with? Do you tend to beat yourself up for these, yet, keep doing them?\n\n\n \nThen this exercise may interest you.\nI’ll introduce you to a process which helps you transform your imperfections into learning and growth.\nThe exercise is based on Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and is commonly referred to as the “inner chooser, inner educator” process. Basic knowledge about NVC will help you get the most out of this, but you are welcome to attend with no previous NVC training. \nWant to get started learning NVC?
