DESCRIPTION:For so long you’ve been letting people walk all over you. Often you didn’t know what you wanted or did not want. But that is now changing. Now you set your boundaries. You say No. It’s scary, but you succeed more and more. One thing hasn’t changed. You still experience that they want to walk all over you. You still fear that your needs won’t matter.\nBehind your No is a Yes to protect a beautiful need of yours. And behind the other person’s question, there’s an invitation to you to contribute to something very precious. Both have a right to exist, what you need, and what the other needs.
