DESCRIPTION:In this workshop I will share best practices from my NVC path for being an Empathy Buddy, Empathy Angel, Liberations Buddy, Support contact etc.  I call this practice Empathy Companionship.  In the same way as we accompany others, we can also learn to be really precious companions to ourselves.\nIn the session we will explore together what is needed for a well working Empathy Companionship.
