DESCRIPTION:Listening with empathy to myself is a valuable step towards self-love or self-care and also towards finding the capacity to be present for others. But most important, it is a step towards freedom to live authentically.\nIn this session we will explore the how and why of self-empathy and we will start the practice of listening to what is alive in us.\nThis is for anyone who wants to join, regardless of the level of NVC.
