DESCRIPTION:Welcome to Week 2 of the Needs’ Year!\nThis week Joachim Berggren will have a conversation with Volkmar Richter about the need of Community.\nHere is what Volkmar writes about himself:\n“When I was 37 I lost the only community I knew of up to then. Although that community was far from ideal and it comprised only of 2 adults and 3 kids, it was devastating for me and also for the others: my wife left and I lost my family. This is now more than 22 years ago and soon after this event I quit working as a mechanical engineer in my own company and started exploring how we humans can get along with each other.\nAfter getting to know NVC in 2005 and Robert Gonzales’ work in 2008, I learned that most of the suffering stem from emotional wounds we got in our childhood. I also got to know how we can liberate ourself from them.
