DESCRIPTION:Often when I want to say NO to a request, a jackal hell breaks loose in my head:\n‘I don’t want to disappoint them. Will they still like me? I can’t do that to them, can I? It would be rude of me! I will make them feel bad. I have no choice!’\nAnd then: ’But damn them! I have the right to set my boundaries!’\nSaying NO can be so hard. I’m afraid that some damage is inevitable: to myself, to the other, to the connection. And then I realise — it’s all about needs.
