DESCRIPTION:Welcome to Week 16 of the Needs’ Year!\nThis week Joachim Berggren will have a conversation with Meenadchi about the need of Choice.\nMeenadchi (pronouns: they/she) is a facilitator and somatic practitioner whose work centers the softness of meeting our best self and deepening into our collective light. Using family constellation therapy and NVC, Meenadchi weaves workshops in which participants reconnect with the intuitive wisdom of our bodies and co-create intergenerational healing by changing the way we speak to ourselves, each other, and the universe. Meenadchi holds a clinical license in occupational therapy and has historically served communities impacted by state and gender-based violence, complex trauma, and serious mental illness. They are the author of Decolonizing Non-Violent Communication (2019).
