Like many others, I was first drawn to NVC as what I saw as a practice fostering connection through the giving and receiving of empathy. But, again like many others, once engaged in it I found myself working equally with my honest self-expression. To be able to express what you want, loudly and clearly, is just as important for healthy relationships as being able to listen with empathy. And in order to commit to an earnest exploration of life, you will have to be honest with yourself about what you find to be true and important, and let it show in the way you live.”\nGabriel Stille offers workshops and courses based on five years of learning Nonviolent Communication (NVC).
