Originally from the U.S., she’s been living in the Netherlands since 2010, supporting individuals, couples and teams. She’s specialized in creating safe spaces for honest dialogues, conflict transformation, collaborative learning and inclusive decision-making processes. I was expressing my need for closeness as the former, which was inadvertently putting pressure on others – to be a certain way, to be available for me, to be close to me!
