DESCRIPTION:In this workshop, we will explore different needs and how they come alive in us and our bodies through movement and body postures.\nWe will warm up with some music, have a dialogue in plenum and have time for personal experimenting and empathy in breakout rooms.\nMy experience is that we can access the needs more easily when we have felt and experienced them in our bodies. Then our body and brain have already made a wire and a small path to connect with that need.\nThe workshop is for people who are curious and who would like to play and explore.\n[Workshop organised in the frame of Time for Empathy 2023]\n\nWhen: 9 March 2023, 11:30-13:00 CET (Berlin time)\nHow: ONLINE on ZOOM\nRecording:\nMost of the workshops during “Time for Empathy” are not recorded, so the only possibility to take part in it is to join the session. The sessions that will be recorded, we will make available to others if the quality is satisfying. We may also use parts of the recording for marketing and publicity across various media. I enjoy exploring life, embodiment and learning through our bodies. Through Storydancing I express myself and discover and explore my shadows and enlighten sides and the movements in Eden Energy Medicine helps me strengthen my energies. I will draw on these methods in the workshop with NVC and empathy.\n \n
