DESCRIPTION:Anger has so much purpose and we often try and stuff it or hide it under “being nice”. Socially, it is not a very acceptable emotion. In this workshop, you will learn skills to transform your anger, care for your judgments and be able to give empathy to those who stimulate you.\n[Workshop organised in the frame of Time for Empathy 2023]\n\nWhen: 10 March 2023, 16:30-18:00 CET (Berlin time)\nHow: ONLINE on ZOOM\nRecording:\nMost of the workshops during “Time for Empathy” are not recorded, so the only possibility to take part in it is to join the session.
