DESCRIPTION:An introduction to Robert Gonzales’s work – “feeling the beauty of the need”.\nFor myself and others, going from ‘jackal thoughts’, through feelings to the beauty of the human needs underneath is a healing process.\nWe will explore how we experience ‘jackal voices’ and NVC feelings and needs in the body.\nFor people with some fluency in NVC feelings and needs and at least 4 days of NVC study.\nYou might like to bring paper and colours if you enjoy expressing what you feel in the body on paper.\n[Workshop organised in the frame of Time for Empathy 2023]\n\nWhen: 6 March 2023, 14:45-16:15 CET (Berlin time)\nHow: ONLINE on ZOOM\nRecording:\nMost of the workshops during “Time for Empathy” are not recorded, so the only possibility to take part in it is to join the session. The sessions that will be recorded, we will make available to others if the quality is satisfying. We may also use parts of the recording for marketing and publicity across various media. I have found NVC more helpful and transformative than psychotherapy, and so I have immersed myself in trainings with many teachers in the UK and Europe, including Seed of Peace (Shantigarbha and Gesine), Kirsten Kristenson, Friareliv (Liv Larson and Kay Rung).\nI found Robert Gonzales’s work on the embodied beauty of needs so psychologically transformative, that I attend the global dyads most days (and often host them), and helped create and facilitate a weekly ‘Transforming the pain of unmet needs into the Beauty of Needs’ group.\nI would like to integrate NVC, Sarah Peyton’s Resonant Healing, and Internal Family Systems, into empathic emotional healing.\n\n
