Devoted to building supportive communities, Kersten seeds and supports conflict tending systems that serve dialogue and raise awareness. Kersten is thrilled to serve as Co-Trainer and organizer of the international NVC coach education: Needs-Based Coaching http://www.needsbasedcoaching.com, which she is wholly committed to developing. Kersten’s work/life is rooted in Nonviolent Communication; she is certified with CNVC and currently holds an ACC credential with the International Coach Federation (ICF).\nAs founder and Director of Gesprächskultur (Communication Culture), Kersten continues to regularly organise, host, and facilitate trainings in Nonviolent Communication across all spheres of business, community and family life, both online and in-person.\nBorn in Austria, she currently lives in Wales.
