DESCRIPTION:Creating Empathic Connection and Spaciousness within us, relationally, and in we’spaces.\nDeepen Self-Connection and Empathic Inner Listening by presencing in and through our bodies, connecting with the subtle inner movements which include a somatic, emotional and mental components. Being with ourselves this way allows us to unfold deeper layers of our experience, opening more space within ourselves, relationally, and in our world.\nBeing together in a group practice, from the ground of our own bodies we explore sensing others and the space between us: the “we space”. Together we have a stronger resource than we do alone, and our experiences inform each other and can widen each of our perspectives and worldviews as we include what is present. She has a background in Social and Cultural Ecology and enjoys connecting people across different communities of knowledge.
