DESCRIPTION:\nOn this guided meditation, we will get in touch with the abundance of life through the beauty of needs. Using the work of Robert Gonzales, on this session we will gently identify a need which is particularly live for you at the moment.  We will then take that need as the basis for a guided meditation where you can fully experience the living energy of the need.
