DESCRIPTION:\nNVC is often described as a communication model, which is of course an interesting and powerful part of it, however for me, the aspect of increasing my inner clarity and connectedness with life has become the juicier and much more exciting part.\nSo how can NVC, beyond empathy and communicating with other people, serve as a spiritual life practice? As a practice that will day by day increase my clarity and awareness?
