AI algorithms are serving targeted media that are dictating our desires, fuelling insecurities, and numbing us into passivity. The only way out is to release humans from their shadows and help reignite our inner light, one person at a time. Does your team have what it takes to reignite the human spirit?\nYour Mission\nYou and your team will be helping our protagonist, Eliza, recover her human strengths. Her research topics include behaviour change, motivational psychology, and wellbeing. She is an accredited workplace mediator with the OCN. You can find out more about her at EmotionalHealthEssentials.com\n \n \nBenson Hoi \nBenson Hoi is a Level 2 counsellor currently studying Level 3, with a coach accreditation from the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and MOE Foundation (Me Others Everyone). He has dedicated himself to helping individuals reach their potential by providing a compassionate, client-centred approach. Benson is highly experienced in the use of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), compassion-focused therapy (CFT), solution-focused therapy (SFT) and person-centred therapy, all of which are used to support clients as they work through difficult times. His goal is to help clients gain insight into their behaviours, values and beliefs so they can make meaningful changes in their lives. Benson also helps clients increase self-awareness, resilience and self-compassion in order to improve overall wellbeing.
