SUMMARY:NVC in 1:1 support – demo – Pernille Plantener
DESCRIPTION:If you are supporting someone and they don’t enjoy your feelings and needs-guessing, how do you meet them? Do you then turn to teaching them NVC?\nThis question set Pernille off on a journey to develop an NVC-based coaching program. Now, 11 years and 600 graduates later, she has developed a practice-based coaching program for NVC practitioners. In this session, she will speak about some of the dilemmas of traditional NVC empathy with an emphasis on feelings and needs-guessing, and you can experience her presence and skill through a demonstration. The client will be chosen through a lottery among those who’d enjoy receiving a session.\nAfterwards, you are invited to discuss what you witnessed and learn some best practices in 1:1 support.\n \n[Workshop organised in the frame of Time for Empathy 2024]\n\nWhen: 8 March 2024, 16:30-18:00 CET (Berlin time)\nHow: ONLINE on ZOOM\nRecording:\nMost of the workshops during “Time for Empathy” are not recorded, so the only possibility to participate is to join the session. I offer gentle healing and calibration to the living weave.”\nPernille holds certification as trainer in Nonviolent Communication, coach PCC, Resonant Healing Practitioner and Eco-therapist. Originally trained in organic farming and agricultural engineering, she is living in Denmark in a women’s community, running a permaculture small-scale farm.\nPernille supports clients and offers workshops at home and online.
