Through my practice, I’ve found that exploring the spiritual dimensions of NVC transforms connection into an effortless, playful experiment. This approach offers profound insights into navigating life’s full spectrum of experiences, from challenges and pain to moments of pure joy.\nIn this experiential workshop, we’ll explore the power of needs-based connection through our ability to access future memory – one of our innate magic superpowers. While remaining grounded in the present moment, we’ll use this perspective to deepen our understanding and connection. After building an online community (it is more a Gang actually) for 6 years, working in the field of conflict facilitation and as a coach, I was working for the Civil Peace Service in Nepal.\nNVC for me is peacework, knowledge and wisdom combined, a language of all senses, consciousness-training. It is a tool for me to stay on my path, be open to the challenges of life and be present in every encounter I experience. I am the mother of two boys. Being part of the Empathic Way Europe fulfils many needs like co-creation, contribution, adventure, community, and peace.\n\n
