DESCRIPTION:We have an inherent need to celebrate and to be celebrated in this world! \nIt is so human to want to know that we have an influence of joy, that we create encouraging and heartwarming moments, and that our existence matters in a positive way to ourselves and to others. \nUnfortunately, many of us have received countless messages to the contrary – messages that we integrated that say “I am not enough” and “I am not worthy”. Without denying the realities of these experiences that tragically led us to not believing in ourselves, you are invited to experience your inherent joy, a joy of your beauty and of your naturally positive influence in this world! \nThrough celebration!\nThis workshop will explore, through personal and group exercises, compassionate ways to acknowledge and confidently embrace our CELEBRATIONS! \nWe will explore ways to make requests to be celebrated and be acknowledged positively; and, we will explore ways to share our joy in relational spaces. We will learn to trust that we can welcome this emotion and know the delight of acknowledging and fulfilling our needs.\nIn learning to do so, we connect to our vital energy of life and how we can live in the confidence of our successes, our celebrations, and our joys – so valuable and delightful! \nJoin in the experience of celebrating YOU!\n[Workshop organised in the frame of Time for Empathy 2025]\n\nWhen: 7 March 2025, 18:15-19:45 CET (Berlin time)\nHow: ONLINE on ZOOM\nRecording:\nMost workshops during “Time for Empathy” are not recorded, so the only possibility of participating is to join the session. This, however, was insufficient for me as I wanted to understand fundamental relational pieces that I so craved. And so, I went looking! I landed in workshops about Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and Resonant Language – which allowed me to connect to my energy of life (needs-based living), creating space for the importance of needs, and an ever-expansive desire to bring my whole and welcome self into my relational world.\nI am currently certified in NVC and in Resonant Language, and it is an honour to meet people in their humanity and share with others through workshops, accompaniment, and relational living.
