DESCRIPTION:For me, self-connection means connecting through my whole being – my body, energy, emotion, mind. In these 90 minutes, we will explore our body’s wisdom through the practice of breath, focused attention and movement, to cultivate more integrated self-connection.\nFor whom:\n– anybody who wants to connect and develop friendship with one’s own body.\n– anybody who wants to experience being held in a non-verbal form.\nRequirements for the session :\n– comfortable clothing,\n– space around the room to walk or move,\n– a mat or a blanket (in case you are feeling cold).\n \n[Workshop organised in the frame of Time for Empathy 2025]\n\nWhen: 9 March 2025, 9:45-11:15 am CET (Berlin time)\nHow: ONLINE on ZOOM\nRecording:\nMost workshops during “Time for Empathy” are not recorded, so the only possibility of participating is to join the session. The sessions that will be recorded, we will make available to others if the quality is satisfying. We may also use parts of the recording for marketing and publicity across various media.
