DESCRIPTION:What happens when the clarity and compassion of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) meets the aliveness and immediacy of Authentic Relating?\nIn this highly experiential 90-minute workshop, participants will explore the natural overlap between these two powerful modalities and discover how NVC-informed Authentic Relating dialogues can make everyday connection feel more human, easeful, and real.\nThrough guided practices and partner exchanges, we’ll focus on cultivating open-hearted presence, engaging with childlike curiosity, and strengthening reflective listening skills.
