DESCRIPTION:Do you know your core beliefs? Have you ever considered that others might share similar ones? How freeing could that realization be? … Could we even transform our deepest convictions by sharing them?\nIn this workshop, we’ll explore core beliefs, focusing on one powerful statement that resonates with many participants. Together, we’ll engage in a collective process to shift and transform it. Once reshaped into a “care-belief,” we will explore ways to bring it into the world– creating the potential for broader social impact.\nIn the past years, we have worked with beliefs such as “I don’t belong” or “I’m not good enough”.
