DESCRIPTION:As my personal journey of unschooling myself and rediscovering my authenticity continues, I am becoming more and more familiar with the space of mourning. In facing moments and memories where there are no possible ways to change things, mourning has become a healing space for me – one that opens toward light, softness, and renewed aliveness.\nIn this session I want to invite us into a collective space of mourning – a conversation with the pain that lives in you. Let this be a place to meet all the seasons of the heart: grief, resistance, heaviness, longing, numbness, beauty, and everything in between. Discovering Non-violent communication (NVC) six years ago has profoundly transformed my relationships with myself and others. Today I’m immersing myself in the daily practice of living empathy, assisting multiple NVC courses as well as offering NVC-based workshops and one-on-one sessions. \nOver the past three years, I have also been on a journey toward radical authenticity – coming back to the most sincere version of my being. Currently self-researching my relationship with rest and how non-monogamy lives in me, while deepening my connection to cycle awareness, PMDD, and practices that support living in attunement with my menstrual cycle.\nLiving between Europe and India, I embrace a slow life in harmony with nature\n
