DESCRIPTION:Welcome to join a daily practice of gratitude walk. The session will begin with a short introduction and then we do an individual guided gratitude practice in the big group. There will be time for sharing in the session for some participants.\nDuring this session, Joachim will be walking and depending on the weather and other conditions the quality of the the sound and video might vary.
