Important in his work is directing attention to what one is listening to, which is the sense one has before words.\nAllan is one of the First Generation NVCers. “First Generation NVCers are those who worked closely with NVC’s founder, Marshall Rosenberg, played roles in the early spread of NVC and the creation of CNVC.\n
