Free NVC webinar
Enjoy your judgements
Understand yourself and others better
21 September 2021
19:00-20:00 (CEST)
Why do we judge?
Can judgements be helpful in our relations?
Is it possible not to judge at all?
For some of us it may be quite challenging to accept that we have moralistic judgements. Many people, when they learn that judgements can damage relationships, put a lot of effort into avoiding them. They are not aware that judgmental thoughts appear in us because they have an important message to be taken care of. If we choose to listen behind the harsh words, we can find it.
During this webinar, we will explore the topic of judgements from the view of how they can enrich all relationships in our life.
Discovering the important message, and what we are longing for, behind any judgement is a precious gift. Join us if you want to be inspired by listening to both your own and others’ judgements and thus understand yourself and others better.

The trainers
Joachim Berggren
CNVC Certified Trainer and communication consultant
I work with groups and individuals who want to be able to communicate better and build sustainable connections in their family, with their friends, at their workplace and in the bigger community. I am offering lectures, workshops, mediation and individual training online and in person. I came into contact with NVC in 2005 and in 2009/2010 I participated in my first annual program with Friare Liv (Liv Larsson and Kay Rung). I have participated in a wide range of NVC workshops both in Sweden and abroad. Since 2010, I have been sharing and teaching NVC myself. In 2017, I became a certified NVC trainer by CNVC. My main focus within NVC has been to teach the NVC fundamentals, community building and to organize major events, such as the European and the Swedish NVC festivals. What captivates my interest lately is how we humans develop both as individuals and groups and how this evolutionary drive affects our ability to learn and integrate NVC into our lives.

Cori Liebhart

I got to know NVC in 2008 and since then I am on the path of practicing, sharing, creating and co-creating. After building an online community (it is more a Gang actually) for 6 years, working in the field of conflict facilitation and as a coach, I am currently working for the Civil Peace Service in Nepal. NVC for me is peacework, knowledge and wisdom combined, a language of all senses, consciousness-training. It is a tool for me to stay on my path, be open for the challenges of life and be present in every encounter I experience. I am the mother of two boys. Being part of the Empathic Way Europe fulfills many needs like co-creation, contribution, adventure, community, peace.

Paulina Orbitowska-Fernandez
CNVC Certified Trainer, mediator, coach, Resonant Healing Practitioner, academic teacher
I am an NVC trainer supporting families, schools, business and organizations, through workshops, lectures or individually. The way we communicate has an impact on our personal and professional relations. I support people in leveraging the quality of them so they can enjoy more honesty and empathy in their professional and private lives. I also facilitate systemic transformation through Nonviolent Communication, neurobiology, and 3d-mapping inspired by and following the teachings of Sarah Peyton being in a constant awe for how much healing her work brings. When I heard the words of Marshall Rosenberg “Connect before correct” for the first time I imagined how the world would look like if we could remember them more often. What I do is rooted in that dream. I have finished postgraduate studies in Leadership in Education, Nonviolent Communication according to Marshall Rosenberg and Train the Trainer of Nonviolent Communication studies, at Collegium Civitas in Warsaw, Poland. I have also finished Business and Life Coaching at the School of Empathic Trainers in Warsaw. I am a mother of a teenage boy who is my source of love and wisdom.
