This workshop will be a step in that direction.

Most of the workshops during “Time for Empathy” are not recorded, so the only possibility to participate is to join the session. The sessions that will be recorded, we will make available to others if the quality is satisfying. We may also use parts of the recording for marketing and publicity across various media. If you do not wish to be recorded, switch off your camera and microphone for the whole duration of the session.

About the trainer:

 Rodrigo Suárez

His love affair with NVC began 14 years ago, leading him to become a certified trainer. His other passion -which he has been sharing with others for 24 years is the Alexander Technique, a method of psychophysical reeducation. And before all of this, what he studied was music. Together with his wife Madeleine he now runs the Libresencia project, dedicated to helping individuals embrace their true selves, free from fear, shame, and quarrels, whether in daily life or on stage.
