Embark on a short journey exploring Bodymind in Movement to support your NVC practice. Experience the exchange between body and mind as we delve into how movement enriches our understanding and practice of Nonviolent Communication (NVC).
My intention is to offer you tips on cultivating deeper connections and compassion. Join us with an open heart and a willingness to explore!

Most of the workshops during “Time for Empathy” are not recorded, so the only possibility to participate is to join the session. The sessions that will be recorded, we will make available to others if the quality is satisfying. We may also use parts of the recording for marketing and publicity across various media. If you do not wish to be recorded, switch off your camera and microphone for the whole duration of the session.

About the trainer:
Magdalena Sendor Magdalena Sendor
Trainer certified by CNVC, mediator and coach. Magdalena helps to build harmonious relations, with oneself and others, in the authenticity and the respect of each one. Magdalena specializes herself in conflict resolution, organizing team meetings and circle talks based on the model of sociocracy. She works with individuals, schools, non-governmental organizations and businesses. She also teaches at Collegium Civitas, a private university in Warsaw, as part of postgraduate studies in Nonviolent Communication. Attentive to freedom and the spirit of responsibility, Magdalena is particularly interested in cooperation with democratic schools and companies that develop new management styles (teal organizations, holacracy). She lived in France for seven years, where she studied and worked. For 18 years, she has been living in a bicultural and bilingual family whose diversity and challenges give her a lot of joy and contribute to reflection. She is the author of two books (in Polish) on proximity parenting.
