In times when it is hard to make a choice, or when you want to make some changes, but somehow feel stuck with the usual routine… wouldn’t you like to have more clarity about what is happening and why?
A process of inner mediation is the one that offers us a chance to look deeper within ourselves and to listen to different parts of us that carry some wisdom. Shall we try to listen to it?
I will demonstrate the process and invite everyone to try to do it on their own. So, bring your dilemmas!

Most of the workshops during “Time for Empathy” are not recorded, so the only possibility to take part in it is to join the session. The sessions that will be recorded, we will make available to others if the quality is satisfying. We may also use parts of the recording for marketing and publicity across various media. If you do not wish to be recorded, switch off your camera and microphone for the whole duration of the session.

Born in the part of the world now known as Belarus, and has been living in South Korea for 23 years now. NVC found me in 2016, and since then I never stopped exploring, learning, practicing, and sharing it. Presently a candidate to become a certified trainer, sharing NVC in different countries, different settings, for different audiences and ages.
