Finally, we will explore the wild area of NO. Is it easy for you to say no in business? We will look into the patterns and see what steps can one take to make their life more beautiful…

Most of the workshops during “Time for Empathy” are not recorded, so the only possibility to participate is to join the session. The sessions that will be recorded, we will make available to others if the quality is satisfying. We may also use parts of the recording for marketing and publicity across various media. About the trainer:
Maja WyborskaMaja Wyborska
Business trainer and facilitator, coach, certified Resonant Healing Practitioner, communication trainer in the CNVC process. The meaning of my work is to co-create a world that works for everyone (with the main focus on transforming organizations from a culture of blame towards thriving together). I support building the long-term value of organizations by facilitating the culture change towards an environment that is psychologically safe and cares about the needs of individuals, teams and organizations. I facilitate the processes that lead to the well-being of employees and thriving of the company at the same time. I have over 14 years of experience working in business (Ernst&Young, private equity funds). At the same time, I am a mother of three wonderful children who are my life teachers and a partner to my beloved husband. The processes, workshops, lectures, coaching sessions and Resonant Healing sessions that I run are rooted in Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and neuroscience, covering well-being and trusting relationships both at work and in life. I am a co-author of the “I See a Human” project and the “Student as a mediator” program. I co-create the annual Empathy Marathon in Poland. With over 1,000 hours of experience and development in empathetic communication, I help organizations to make empathy their main advantage and a resource for employees, teams and businesses. I do that by planning and running communication transformation processes for the teams that are ready for the change. I also work with executives working with them 1:1. The topics I most enjoy are: safety, well-being, diversity and inclusion, stress, burnout, trust and cooperation in a workspace, organizational culture based on empathy instead of blame, „from manager to effective&empathic leader”. I believe that the world can be more and more friendly to each of us through a focus on human relationships, both at home and in business.
