Empathy before Education: How to thrive as an NVC trainer? – Kathleen De Laet
When we are enthusiastic about NVC, we often feel the drive to talk about it, to share how wonderful it can be. Rather than sharing our opinions, or even our first-hand experiences with it, how would it be if we could offer an experience of empathy to our participants? Come practice how to differentiate between offering first-hand empathy and offering considerations, ideas and preferences about empathy. Track your inner process, channel your vision and live your dream, one conversation at a time!
Most of the workshops during “Time for Empathy” are not recorded, so the only possibility to participate is to join the session. The sessions that will be recorded, we will make available to others if the quality is satisfying. We may also use parts of the recording for marketing and publicity across various media. If you do not wish to be recorded, switch off your camera and microphone for the whole duration of the session.
NOTE: Register only ONCE for the whole event and receive access to all “Time for Empathy” workshops organised between 3 and 10 March 2024.
