[In English] Honesty Talk: (Scary) Conflicts
“Expressing our vulnerability can help resolve conflicts”
– Marshall B. Rosenberg
Honesty talks are gatherings to dive deep into topics, that are worth to explore in terms of honest expression.
I invite NVC Trainers and Co-Creators to join me on this journey, asking questions and open the space for inspiration and growth.
This time:
Kersten Flora Kloser-Pitcher (AUT)
“I believe that talking to people is one of our life challenges. Growing these skills in a loving, connecting and fun environement like an NVC Summerfestival is a wonderful opportunity to spend the holidays and grow at the same time. Learning and understanding more and more what it means to be human is siginificant for the time we live in and for our ability to find peace.”

Marlene Edlmayr (AUT)
„NVC to me is warmth, it means connecting with my inner truth and with others. To me it means courage and movement and by all means it is not that easy sometimes linked with old patterns and habits. But what struck me most from the beginning is a feeling of returning to my natural instruction as a human being. As an attitude within collaborative work I am amazed what kind of relationships can grow by this accepting and reflected way of communication and how it affects the spirit and the outcome of the collaboration.”

Ondine Delavelle (FR/AUT)
“I come from France and I live in Vienna since more than 10 years. I discovered NVC about 5 years ago which made place for more gratitude in my life, and for an awareness of our choices: whether we interpret bad intentions in others’ actions, or we seek to understand them, and find a common path. It has also impacted my way of being a mother. I attended several introduction and deepening trainings, a mentoring program and an international intensive training in Birmingham, I am participating to a practice peer group, and I host a practice group since one year. I aim to embody NVC in my daily life, which is everything but easy, however gaining awareness and deeper connections is worth the journey.”
