Intro to an Inside Job for a Trainer

Welcome to an evening with Robert Maoz Kržišnik!
Robert will talk about why it is important for someone who wants to lead other people, to work with their inner self. In order to be a real support for others, we need to sort out and have some control over our own driving forces and pitfalls. This is so as not to unknowingly meet our own needs disguised as a help to others.
During the webinar there will be an opportunity to ask Robert questions.

I have been working for over 32 years with individuals and groups as a trainer, team coach, complex meeting facilitator and a mediator in conflicts between individuals and between groups. I have been working in a rather wide spectrum of environments; from corporate to educational to NGOs to open trainings and spiritual retreats. The focus of my work has always been on creating a quality of connection and communication between individuals that enables a true collaboration and co-creation of the environment that works for all.
So far I have facilitated trainings in over 30 countries around the world, including most countries in Europe, as well as the USA, the Middle East and the Far East, Australia… Besides Nonviolent Communication, I draw from approaches such as the Art of Hosting, Bohmian Dialogue, Contact Improvisation… I used to work as a psychotherapist as well, having held my private practice for 12 years.
