Leaning into conflict

Leaning into conflict – Liv Larsson

Conflicts can be scary and frustrating. They often cause a big withdrawal from our energy budget so we often shy away from them. But something different happens when we are able to lean into conflict and learn from them. This session is a presentation of an alternative way of approaching conflict and includes time for reflection and exchange.
