Let Fun and Play Help You Step out of the “Drama” of Life – Maria Marta Suarez & Nanne Lotzkat
Stuck in repetitive, draining conversations? This interactive workshop invites you to break free from old communication patterns through fun, play, and a fresh perspective.
Together, we’ll embark on a “treasure hunt” for strategies to bring ease and empathy into challenging interactions. Using real-life examples from participants, we’ll explore ways to step out of reactive dynamics and into a more proactive, intentional approach to relationships.
Come ready to experiment, laugh, and discover how small shifts can lead to big transformations in the way you connect with others!

About the trainers:
María Marta Suárez
I am a licentiate in English Language and Applied Linguistics.
Since I was introduced to Nonviolent Communication in 1996, I have been studying and sharing its principles in schools and language academies. Over the years, my focus has been on supporting teachers, parents, and students in transforming the traditional educational paradigm of right and wrong into one based on constructive feedback.
In the last few years, as I have embraced a lifestyle within a permacultural community near Buenos Aires, Argentina, I have been offering online support through empathic coaching and NVC-based healing role-plays. Through this process, which I call “Talk to their heart through mine”, I help adults who speak English, Spanish or Portuguese, to have more tools to engage in difficult conversations.
I am a freelance trainer and consultant helping individuals, groups, and organizations achieve better results. My special skill is identifying and transforming obstacles into resources.
Since my first course in NVC by Marshall Rosenberg in 1999, I have continued learning from various trainers, including Laurence Reichler, Eva Rambala, Dominic Barter, and Miki Kashtan. In 2003, I moved to Argentina, where I participated in the first International Intensive Training (IIT) and joined practice groups in Buenos Aires. Since 2020 I am back in Germany.
I offer NVC introductory workshops in various settings (schools, organizations). Applying NVC in difficult situations at work and in my personal life, helps me to live with an open heart and mind.
I work online and offline in English, Spanish, and German.
