Protecting Connection by Naming Capacity – Meenadchi
Our body will tell us things before our brains can hear them. The moments when our needs are most unmet are the moments we are most likely to speak to each other without thought, kindness, or care. The sooner we are able to feel our unmet needs within the body, the more equipped we will be to be honest about our capacity for connection. In turn, this honesty allows us to choose strategies for pause and replenishment so that we can return to kindness and love in the relationships that matter most to us.
During this workshop, you will be guided to understand your body’s unique indicators of unmet needs. From there, you will be supported in developing language to speak truthfully to both yourself and loved ones about boundaries, space, and the support you need to be able to return to a healthy connection.
Most of the workshops during “Time for Empathy” are not recorded, so the only possibility to participate is to join the session. The sessions that will be recorded, we will make available to others if the quality is satisfying. We may also use parts of the recording for marketing and publicity across various media. If you do not wish to be recorded, switch off your camera and microphone for the whole duration of the session.
NOTE: Register only ONCE for the whole event and receive access to all “Time for Empathy” workshops organised between 3 and 10 March 2024.
