The Gift of Empathy Blocks
In this short workshop, you will take time to notice what happens when listening to another person with empathy. What gets in the way of being fully present with the other?
We will then unwrap the gifts behind these walls that are hindering your ability to meet others with an open heart.
This opens up the door of not only listening to others with empathy and compassion, but also to yourself in a way that’s healing and empowering.
If you’ve got NVC experience and are inspired to discover new ways to listen to yourself and others beyond this workshop we recommend the following:
Self Empathy 2.0 – Deep inner listening: A profound video course you can do in your own time at your own pace.
Coming Home to Yourself – When you (begin to) matter: A 12-week online deep-dive with fellow NVC practitioners. We combine NVC, IFS & Dyad meditation in these sessions with plenty of demos and opportunities to practice in break-out rooms.
