!?!WHY!?! Connecting to children/teenagers

!?!WHY!?! Connecting to children/teenagers

In our everyday life and work with kids there are many situations, when we do not enjoy their behaviour :).
Instead of judging, shaming, blaming or forcing them into different behaviour, empathy can be a strong tool for connection, cooperation, and maybe for a change towards strategies we both enjoy more.
In the workshop we will explore what keeps us from listening to the children/teenagers in our lives. And we will practise connecting to their beautiful, adventurous and touching realities.
