Yoga Between the Mats
Movement & NVC Partner Shares
Experience some accessible, gentle yoga-based movement of your body, along a class theme that Jane will talk about. Feel your body senses in a variation of self-empathy. Then, talk with a partner who you will be assigned to, around the guiding question/class theme. Your partner will listen and reflect with the framework of NVC needs lists. Then partners switch roles.
Participants express that they leave this class feeling nourished physically and emotionally, heard, and happy with the give-and-take. Great for community building!
Participants are asked to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and to have a yoga mat, or some space on the floor where they can extend their bodies for the movement portion of class.
