From Freeze to Flow – Gabi Papuzińska and Kasia Mroczek

In this workshop we plan to answer a few questions about trauma and how we respond to it.

• – When and why do we freeze?

• – How to accompany people when they are frozen?

• – Simple tools: Acknowledgement and self havening

• – Circuits of emotion and motivation – more acknowledgements

• – The languages of resonance – fresh metaphors

About the trainers:

Anna-Gabriela (Gabi) Papuzinska

With 15 years experience as Japanese/English/Polish simultaneous interpreter in Lean Manufacturing, she identifies more as a “problem detective” than “problem solver” believing that identifying and acknowledging the problem is half solving it. She values conflicts as the outcome of courage to stand for precious needs and the opportunity for strategy revision to achieve a world that works for all.

She works at Meikai 明解 – (clarity/clear understanding) supporting individuals, and groups in finding access to internal resources and becoming resources for each other by releasing constraints.
