Self-Dialogue and the Inner Critic: Hearing the beautiful needs behind our Judgements – Ela Ramos
In this workshop, we will use art, drawing, breakout groups and somatic practices to explore our relationship to our “Inner Critic”. Sometimes this critical voice can be overwhelming. Sometimes we even judge our Critic as “bad”, only adding more layers of self-blame. This workshop is an opportunity to explore and understand that even the most negative inner voices can hold beautiful needs behind their messages. The intention of this workshop will be to access compassion for this Inner-Critic, which creates a powerful shift from resistance to self-acceptance, self-love and resilience.
