From core-belief

From core-belief to care-belief: A collective transformation method – Maude Vital

Do you know your core beliefs? Have you ever considered that others might share similar ones? How freeing could that realization be? … Could we even transform our deepest convictions by sharing them?
In this workshop, we’ll explore core beliefs, focusing on one powerful statement that resonates with many participants. Together, we’ll engage in a collective process to shift and transform it. Once reshaped into a “care-belief,” we will explore ways to bring it into the world– creating the potential for broader social impact.
In the past years, we have worked with beliefs such as “I don’t belong” or “I’m not good enough”. Which belief would you like to explore and transform together this year?
A basic understanding of core beliefs is helpful, as we won’t be defining the concept.
