Ending Relationships with Clarity and Care – Meenadchi
We rarely enter a relationship hoping for it to end. And yet sometimes endings are the best step to finding a healthy way forward. In this session, we will explore the mindset, skills, and needs we must prioritise in order to end (or pause) relationships with clarity, kindness, and care.

Most workshops during “Time for Empathy” are not recorded, so the only possibility of participating is to join the session. The sessions that will be recorded, we will make available to others if the quality is satisfying. We may also use parts of the recording for marketing and publicity across various media. If you do not wish to be recorded, switch off your camera and microphone for the whole duration of the session.

About the trainer:
Meenadchi
Meenadchi is a somatic healing practitioner, TEDx speaker, and communications expert whose work centers social change and embodied transformation. Having developed a unique framework for Non-Violent Communication that incorporates a decolonial and trauma-informed lens. Meenadchi supports socially conscious organisations and changemakers in developing clear and intentional communication that prioritises the intuitive wisdom of our bodies along with our ability to build bridges across differences with empathy and dignity. Meenadchi is a board-certified occupational therapist with a focus on mental health and has historically served communities impacted by gender-based violence, complex trauma, and serious mental illness. She is the author of Decolonizing Non-Violent Communication(2019) and a faculty member with the Trauma of Money.
