Jenny Tipping NVC and Spirituality

Jenny Tipping – NVC and Spirituality

On this guided meditation, we will get in touch with the abundance of life through the beauty of needs. Using the work of Robert Gonzales, on this session we will gently identify a need which is particularly live for you at the moment.  We will then take that need as the basis for a guided meditation where you can fully experience the living energy of the need. We will allow ourselves to bathe in the abundance of life and the beauty of having that need met.

About the trainer:
Jenny TippingJenny Tipping
I was certified as a trainer in 2021 and experienced the work of Robert Gonzales at the IIT in the UK in 2018. My own work focuses both on diversity and how we can challenge our histories and behaviour so that all can feel welcome; and on the links between NVC and spirituality. I am a Quaker, which is a nonconformist branch of Christianity, where our testimonies are to truth, equality, peace and simplicity. Website:
