The gift and curse of “NO” in workspace – Maja Wyborska
Can you imagine a workspace where anyone, no matter what roles they hold can easily say “NO” without being penalized for that?
Can you also imagine that this workspace can be efficient and successful economically?
Please feel invited to the session to explore “NO” in your professional life in particular. The session can be especially useful for you if you (or the people you work with) struggle with saying NO as well as if you struggle with hearing NO more often than you are ready to.
You are also welcomed to say NO to this offer 🙂 No penalties and rewards are planned 😉
