Gratitude Walk Various dates

Gratitude Walk with Joachim Berggren

Welcome to a gratitude practice, guided by Joachim Berggren.
A regular practice of gratitude has the potential to influence your overall well-being. By implementing a gratitude practice, scientific research has found that you will promote lower blood pressure, reduce depression, improve attention, increase empathy and deepen your sense of meaning.
Cultivating gratitude not only increases your personal well-being and outlook on life, but it also shapes your perspective on the world. By integrating a more compassionate and appreciative view of life, you can influence those around you. As you embody gratitude, you become a catalyst for change, helping to recreate a world that is more connected, mindful, and empathetic.
During this session, Joachim will be walking while guiding the practice, and depending on the weather and other conditions, the sound and video quality may vary. As a participant, you’re warmly invited to join in a way which is the most comfortable or practical for you – whether that means walking, sitting indoors, or simply being present in a way that suits you.
We’ll begin with a short introduction, followed by an individual guided gratitude practice held in the big group. There will also be time for some participants to share their experiences during the session.
