“You can’t make me feel…!” – Karen Starz

There are three causes to our feelings in NVC. This is differentiated from stimulus. In the obnoxious stage we become very aware that others can’t make us feel anything. The problem is we push people away with this knowledge. Come to this workshop sot get a grip on the cause of your feelings and leave more emotionally liberated.

About the trainer:

Karen Starz

Karen Starz resides in the Southwest high desert of New Mexico, US. She has a deep connection with the land and its animals. Karen believes that nonviolent communication builds discernment based on a deep understanding of our interdependence as one living system. She is currently president of the Network for NVC as well as an active trainer offering Peer Learning and Mentoring Groups worldwide specifically in the Americas and Nigeria, Africa for potential candidates. Karen creates an atmosphere of fun and play in her workshops while delving into challenging topics.
