About the trainer:
Kay Rung has 20,000+ hours of experience in communication, conflict resolution, and conscious leadership.
•His main framework is Nonviolent Communication (NVC), used for coaching and mediating complex or high-stakes conflicts.
•He specializes in guiding people from breakdown to constructive dialogue and solution-focused outcomes.
•He also supports organizations aiming for higher self-organization, where individuals take more responsibility in communication and leadership.
Some of the things Kay does in his work: he mediates between forest companies and the Sami (indigenous population in northern Sweden), helps organisations with strategic HR problems, and teaches NVC-based mediation and NVC globally.
